Returns & Exchanges

At Squishable.ca, we want you to love your new plush friend, but if your order isn't quite right, we offer returns on new, tagged items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Squishable.ca account and visit your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Plush

  Carefully place the item back into its original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix your prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days and send a confirmation email.
