Where does Squishable.ca ship to?
We currently ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location and the size of your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unwashed condition with tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
How do I clean my Squishable?
For most plush items, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing and high heat dryers to maintain the softness and integrity of the fur.
Are your products safe for children?
Yes, all our products undergo rigorous safety testing and meet or exceed Canadian safety standards for toys. Most items are suitable for ages 3 and up.
